Looking for friendly house-/flatshare in SE London

Hi there, thanks for reading my ad. I'm Ben, I'm 33, originally from London, I've been at medical school in south Wales for the last 4 years but am now planning to come back to London this summer to begin working as a doctor. I'm hoping to find a a room in a 2- to 4-person house/flat in SE London.

I'm a friendly and sociable person and would love to find a house-/flatshare where we all get along and can hang out sometimes when we're free in the evening/at the weekend (whilst also giving everyone space to do their own thing + have time to themselves when they want/need it).

My interests include pretty much every sport (used to play a lot of rugby but now stick to watching), listening to music (any genre will do as long as it's catchy), podcasts, languages (currently trying to learn Japanese ahead of a trip there later this year) and checking out whatever new TV show everyone says is great.

I'm gay and follow a vegan diet - if you're an LGBT and/or veggie/vegan household, that's a plus for me but not at all required, I get along with all kinds of people.

My first day on the new job will be at the start of August but I am looking to move into my new place at some point between mid-June and the end of July.

Budget-wise, I can go up to around £1000/month (including bills). I don't have many requirements for the room/flat itself - just that it's a double room and there is somewhere convenient to park (doesn't need to be on a driveway, a nearby road is just fine), as I'll be driving to work each day.
