Description
Hi there, thanks for reading my ad. I'm Ben, I'm 35, originally from North London but looking for a place to live in South East London. I work as a junior doctor which keeps me busy most days of the week and the odd weekend as well.
I'm in a bit of an unusual position of needing a place for about 5 months, from when I move out of my current house in late February/early March until the start of August (but could also move a bit earlier). That's because I'm on a training programme with my current hospital until early August but don't yet know where I'll be working after that.
I appreciate that sort of timeframe won't work for lots of houses but it would be great to hear from you if you think it might be an OK fit with your situation.
Even though I'm currently looking for a fairly short-term let, it would be still nice to find a house/flat where we all get along, whilst at the same time everyone has the space and freedom to do their own thing when they need or want to.
My interests include pretty much every sport (used to play a lot of rugby but now stick to watching), listening to music (any genre will do as long as it's catchy), podcasts, languages and checking out whatever new TV show everyone says is great.
I'm gay and follow a vegan diet - if you're an LGBT and/or veggie/vegan household, that's a plus for me but not at all required, I get along with all kinds of people.
Budget-wise, I can go up to around £1100/month (including bills). The only other essentials I can think of are to have a double room and somewhere nearby I can park my car, whether that's off-road parking or on a nearby street.
If you think I could potentially be a good fit for your house/flat, please drop me a message and I'll get back to you ASAP. :-)
