My Name is Carmen, I am currently living in London and looking to buddy up with 1-2 other people (preferably women), as my Landlord is selling up. I work in the charity sector and work from home two days a week. Im very sociable and enjoy a catch up over dinner or a glass of wine, but I also enjoy my own company and I’m appreciative of others space :) . I appreciate a clean living environment especially in shared communal areas. Besides that non negotiable, I am laid back in terms of flat mates having guests round, and I dont mind smokers (I’m too seasoned for a party house now though ha).

I enjoy live music, socialising with friends, and a good netflix series to binge watch. I am available to move in from beginning of October, but would like to look (if buddying up for a whole flat share) in advance if possible. Budget is £850- 900 Inc bills :)
