Looking for a room in a house share

Hello!

I’m a software developer working on a hybrid schedule, splitting my time between home and the office. I’m currently looking for a comfortable and welcoming room or 1 bed flat/studio, ideally with space for a desk setup for my work-from-home days.

A bit about me: Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and going to gym. I value a peaceful, tidy living environment and enjoy friendly chats, but I’m also respectful of others' space and routines.
