Buddy up wanted either Eastleigh/Totton or Swindo

Looking for someone who's looking to move into a private rent on their own in the area. In general I am a introverted extrovert, so whilst I do socialise, I do need privacy too! Happy with animals if you have them, would prefer someone who is also of a similar nature, easy to chat to, but doesn't have house parties! Generally I'm very chatty and approachable, I do expect common courtesy and someone who values a harmonious household!
