Single or double room to rent

Hello,
I am a professional working for the emergency services and I work in Edinburgh. I am looking to rent a single or double room in the Edinburgh and surrounding area with bills included. Please note I do shift work including some night duties and early starts. I am female, 42 years old and a social person but not a party person. I like hiking and horse riding on my time off. I am a clean tidy person and a non -smoker. I am quiet and considerate. I could be flexible with dates. I have a small car so will need parking. Thank you
