Looking for 1 person to house share or 2 rooms

Hi I am looking for a housemate to add on or 2 rooms available in a modern place. Me and my sister (26 and working professional) are both looking for places to rent with two separate rooms/ 3 if another person adds on in a house. Would like to live alongside someone easy going. I like socialising but also like my own space. I work from home but with two office days in Cardiff central. Cleanliness is essential. Looking to live either in Cardiff or Swansea.
