Professional looking for a new place

Hi,

A bit about myself: I am starting a new job at Cambridge (I do math modelling and stuff, which is not very interesting but JIC you wanna know) and will be commuting from London abt 2-3 days a week (depending on how i feel). So I will be WFH at least 2 days a week.
For Cambridge: I might work most days in the office but could do 1 day when the workload is light

I can be a bit particular about cleanness (not like crazy level but things like cleaning the counter top and stove top and restore everything to its original place when you are done cooking - I thought it’s common sense but after renting for many years with ppl apparently it’s not) but otherwise do not care about anything else really. As long as you are polite and respect people’s boundaries. It takes me a while to warm up to ppl but I’d like to be friends w ppl I share the space with. Ask me a random question (random not creepy pls).

If you have a property that’s a good fit or are looking for someone to buddy up for a place, lmk. Not considering co-habitating with students soz (PHDs are fine). I love animals and don’t mind the slightest if you have one in the property (not including reptiles tho - I am, 100%, scared of them)

For London: I travel from Finsbury park station to Cambridge on days I go to the office so any place within reasonable distance with good transport connections would do.
For Cambridge: My workplace is around the train station, would prefer a place around city centre or within reasonable distance (around 15-20 mins biking would be the upper limit).

Budget is for bills included.
Move in date: will be moving in around 25th of September but can start a bit earlier (20th the earliest)
Note:
- I currently live in London and would prefer to do in-person viewings.
- can provide proof of income after I start my new job (14th of October)
