Room Wanted Doncaster DN4 preferred

I am looking for my own space self contained flats/bedsits/rooms. DN4 area preferred due to this being close to my mum I help care for at present. I am currently claiming full disability benefits and can provide a bond if required. I do have a well behaved house trained 18 month old dog, she is friendly with people, kids & other dogs. She won't live with me permanently she will be staying with my mum but i will be required to have her overnight on occasions. My friend and her partner are also looking for somewhere to live in Doncaster, if 2 rooms were any chance available we would prefer this although I will consider anything by myself also as it's important I get somewhere asap.
I am reliable, clean & tidy and always take pride in where I live.
