Mature female screenwriter wants studio or ensuite

My ideal would be to rent a studio in someone's garden, as I spend a lot of time alone writing (books and screenplays). If I can't rent a studio, I'd like to find a double room, ensuite for a minimum of six months, but preferably for at least a year, due to the writing project I'm currently working on. I've been living as a digital nomad since I sold my Cambridge home, exploring the UK to see where I wanted to move, but now that I need access to the Cambridge area, I want to return for at least a year.

I'm not a reclusive writer. I'm actually an adventurer and world traveller who's made Cambridge my home for the past 20 years, barring two years in Vancouver where I completed my Master's degree in 2018.

I'm clean, tidy, good-humoured (some call me witty but that's a matter of opinion), and reasonably private. I have all kinds of friends and love to walk, cycle, swim and dance. I also love the arts, cinema, music and selective TV shows, although I don't have a lot of free time to watch.
