21, female, looking for flat mate

Hi, my name is lois, I am a final year children’s nursing student looking for a flat mate to move into a property at the end of June. I am due to qualify in September and will be working full time from October. I am looking for a clean, tidy, quiet, respectful, friendly and noise considerate flat mate as I will be working various shifts such as nights, weekends and day shifts that last 13hours or more. I am looking to make friends and have a nice cosy and homely feel flat with someone. I enjoy socialising wether that be a night in or night out, I don’t mind having people over as long as I am given notice and people are considerate of noise if I’m on shift, I haven’t had the best experience with flat mates and would like to find the right flatmate to fit.
