Hi, I have an HMO that I'm looking for buddies to create a full rental of 6 rooms. This has just been fully re-carpeted and is normally rented by 6 PhD/DPhil/Placement students on individual rooms.
However, I would like to do a whole house Let, which is how the property was rented before Covid by getting a group together to sign a whole house rental .
This property will be available 1st October as a whole the postcode 0X4 . some rooms are available for a short Let in the middle from 1st July but if you think you would like to stay on then you could always sign twice.
