23yo relocating to Bristol in mid-June

I'm planning to move to Bristol in mid-June (date is flexible) and will be working in Temple Meads so preferred location is either near to the centre or near to a train station (Montpelier and Redland in particular appeal to me but again I am flexible).

I am a 23yo civil servant and will be working from home part of the time so would prefer a reasonably large bedroom (ideally around 12sqm).

I am looking for somewhere unfurnished and have nearly a whole suite of furniture to bring including white goods (washing machine and fridge/freezer) so you would only need to worry about your own bedroom, everything else I can provide. Equally though I don't have to bring everything along so am also happy with part-furnished properties or ones with white goods provided.

Like everyone else on here I am clean, tidy, easy-going, etc. Seriously though I have had very good and very bad experiences housesharing so above all I will be respectful of you and your needs and preferences; I am both happy being sociable and happy keeping to myself.

I have no preferences with regards to housemates and don't mind if you smoke or whatever, main thing is just someone to share rent and bills with, what you do besides that is none of my business.
