Full time employed, 2 cats

Hi, thanks for reading my ad!
I'm moving from Norwich to the Sheffield area to be closer to my family. My move in dates are somewhat flexible however my ideal move time would be some time in July.
I work full time, and I do work shift patterns so I can be working through the night and need to sleep during the day so a fairly quiet house would be great! However I do like to socialise when I can ☺️
I have 2 lovely indoor cats, one is an old boy who spends most of his days snoozing, and the other is a friendly 3 year old bengal who likes to play and find a warm den to go to sleep in. They are indoor cats, but they are very clean and well behaved, always use their litter trays and I've never had any problems with them scratching carpets or furniture. They really do not like dogs though, sorry!
I'm looking for a place ideally around £500 bills included but I can be tempted if the place is special! I don't really want to be in a house with more than 4 people if possible.
Would absolutely be down for finding a buddy up with 2/3 people if anybody out there is on a similar position.
