Looking for a double room in a friendly household

Looking for a double room in Brighton in a friendly, harmonious and preferably LGBTQ+ household to move into at the beginning of August. I'd like to avoid a big houseshare if possible, so ideally looking to live with 2/3 people.
I work in care and also study part time with the Open University. I'm pretty sociable but also value my solitude, so although I enjoy a night out I'm not looking for a party house, although somewhere where friends/partners feel welcome is essential.
I'm clean, tidy and respectful, enjoy creative pursuits, time in nature, dancing, and good conversation.
I'm also open to buddying up with the someone to look for a place together.
