Looking for a double room in a friendly household

Looking for a double room in Brighton in a friendly, harmonious and preferably LGBTQ+ household to move into at the beginning of September, but can be somewhat flexible on dates. I'd like to avoid a big houseshare if possible, so ideally looking to live with 2/3 people.
I currently live outside of Brighton and am looking for work in the city, but can cover deposit and a couple of months rent until I find work. I also study part time with the Open University, which I will be starting again in October. I'm pretty sociable but also value my solitude, and although I enjoy a night out I'm not looking for a party house. However, somewhere where friends/partners feel welcome is essential, and I'll always give a heads up if I have someone over.
I'm clean, tidy and respectful, enjoy creative pursuits, time in nature, dancing, and good conversation.
I'm also open to buddying up with the someone to look for a place together.
