29 y/o searching for social house large room

Hey!

I’m a 29 y/o professional from Kent working for an asset manager in the City, I'm usually in the office 3 days a week.

I normally spend my free time at Muay Thai, climbing here and there, exploring the city, seeing friends, unwinding with TV or book, and going to museums and art galleries - my degree was in photography, and I still love to take photos. I also enjoy a good pub, wine and cocktail bar, and live music.

I'm easygoing, respectful, and do my part to keep things clean and tidy. I really appreciate being in a home that’s got a balance of being social and having personal space. Where people look out for each other, and hang out, whether that’s food, watching something on TV, games, heading out for drinks, music, or activities etc. Ideally we get on well, and are comfortable having people and friends over from time to time while being considerate of the flat. I like to bake too, goods will appear and are happily shared.

What I’m looking for:

A spacious double room in a home with a shared living space and preferably a good size kitchen between Vauxhall, Clapham Junction / South, Battersea, Balham, and Wandsworth. An outdoor space, either garden, balcony or terrace is important to me, It would be nice to be able to get some gardening going.. flowers, plants, and herbs, or I am happy to help! An en-suite would be a bonus.

Budget: up to £1,350
