I'm looking for a room

I never invade your privacy. I love a quiet and clean house. I can keep the rules. I've written, " Smoking, no thank you", but it's totally ok that you smoke outside. I cannot drink alcohol because my liver cannot accept enough alcohol. But of course, it's totally all right that flatmates drink alcohol. Please enjoy drinking. I would be a good flatmate if you love a quiet and clean living environment. I will graduate postgraduate in 2024, so my occupation has not been decided yet. I need a room after graduation. I wouldn't say I would like to move, but I may move if I get a regular job and it becomes inconvenient. But I can't tell you now how many months I will be moving.
