Heya! my name is Sam, I'm a 24 year old male looking to move to the Hampstead/Belsize Park/West hampstead area. I work as a software Engineer for a nonprofit in Islington and am keen to move in May/June.
I'm clean and relaxed, I enjoy watching films in the evening and am looking for a sociable household to move into. I enjoy arts/crafts, day trips, wine nights, going to the gym, and also have a a really great group of friends in the area. I'm very good at Mario Kart Wii, and I'm useful for opening the door to Amazon deliveries as I work from home most days.
I'm looking for a double bed with a desk but aside from that I'm easy with the arrangement. I'm flexible with budget but would rather not go much above £1000pcm without bills included.
