Outgoing 44 yr old looking for short or long accom

I would consider a small house, apartment, or good size double room with own bathroom. I work full time split between the office and at home. I do have a 4 year old daughter I would like to stay with me every other weekend and a night in the week, but for now would stay in my bed. She would never be running round the house, and always very closely supervised.

I would also consider a house share with someone, especially if there is someone out there in the same situation.
