23 year old part-time postgrad looking for room

I am a 23 year old female part-time postgraduate student studying for a masters in human geography research. I am looking for a single or double room in Heaton or by the coast. I am available to move from late August/early September 2026 and have a budget of £650/month. Ideally I am seeking a lodging style solution with a friendly professional, or a professional houseshare. As I am a part-time student, I am liable to pay council tax, so living with full-time students may not be suitable. I am clean, respectful, and really enjoy getting to know new people. I spend most of my free time climbing, exercising, or at the beach, and I'm not one for frequent major nights out (though my Thursday night routine involves a couple of pints with local friends). For work, I am a research assistant and a fundraiser for a national charity. I would love to live with people with similar interests/hobbies and values :)
