40yo professional looking for one bedroom flat

I am looking for a one bedroom flat for single occupancy for three to four months to cover a fixed term contract (end of May to end of September ideally).

Please note I am not looking for a house-share - any messages offering this will be ignored.

Any post codes considered but preferably close to SE1 or NW5 for work.

I am a clean and professional person and have a permanent, full-time job in Communications. I can provide references from work and previous landlords if needed.

I would prefer a flat with natural light, a separate bedroom, kitchen (with oven for cooking) and bathroom (with good ventilation to avoid damp and mould).

Personal interests include film, travel, music, sport, nature and politics.

My budget, including bills/council tax is approx £1,000 a month. I will be working from home two - three days a week so will need a calm, quiet environment to work in without construction nearby ideally. Good wi-fi is a bonus but I can reconnect to a previous account from Cuckoo.

I have previously rented a flat getting sold with agreed letting agent appointments for viewings so am open to this again as long as notice is given.
