We are seeking a house for 3 professionals with a current combined household income of 58,774 soon to be approx 80-100k post relocating to Salford. Myself providing a permanent full-time Income of £32,774.
We do *not* require a flatmate however would prefer a house with a garden that is unfurnished as I am seeking to move from a private rented non HMO property to a 3 bed HMO. However please note that this is not a dealbreaker! 4 beds are considered also as a spare room with an office would be ideal.
Please note we do have 2 x Cats.
