Double room with bathroom and parking

I am a doctor moving to North west in August. I’m very clean and tidy, I’m friendly but would respect personal space. I work full time and when am home , am usually reading, watching Netflix , gym , walking or socializing. I would prefer to share with a like minded female.
I am looking in south Liverpool, salford quays and south west Manchester.
It is important for me to have a parking space.
