Looking to be part of a community in Southside :)

Hi there! :)

We are Hilary and Fabian and we're currently looking for a new place in Glasgow to call home.

We're looking for a house or a room in a shared social flat with a reasonable sized kitchen to cook in and where we can occasionally invite friends over for dinner parties a few times a month. It would be awesome to have a garden or live in a neighbourhood with a thriving community garden to plant some herbs and a little green oasis. The budget we have for rent is between £800-900, all inclusive.

Hilary enjoys being active especially through her decade-long yoga practice, hiking, running, and swimming. She is a huge foodie and love cooking, talking about food and agriculture, and sharing meals. She is quite tidy, respectful of boundaries and chatty. She doesn't smoke. And unfortunately allergic to pets.

Fabian is a handy person who enjoys hiking, cooking for others, and working with various materials. A bit of an introvert at heart, he works from home and loves integrating renewable and sustainable technologies into his life. Fabian is always happy to help with any technical fixes around the flat. While he enjoys his quiet moments, he's open to friendly conversations and values a peaceful, respectful living space. Also a non smoker
