Looking to rent near to the station

Heya,

I graduate from UoN this summer and have got a graduate engineering job nearby on the railway line. To save a bit of money and have some fun, I'm looking to share a place. My current tenancy ends on 2nd September so would be looking to move in before then - ideally late August, but am open to suggestion.

Any flat/house would need to be near Nottingham Station, max say 10 min walk. I do have a car and so some form of parking would also be needed. Max I see myself spending per month on rent is like £1100 but open to suggestion.

I'd describe myself as a hybrid introvert/extrovert very much liking both my social time and time alone. I like theatre, football, reading, gaming, socialising, and general tomfoolery.

I like to cook but I do actually wash up as well. Honestly just don't be a slob and we'll get on.
