Short-Term Summer Let Needed

We are looking for a short-term summer let from 7th June through at least 26th July -- flexible on dates! (He's Northern Irish and currently based in Belfast; I am American.) We are quiet, clean people who will be in town visiting family and friends over the summer months. We are hoping to find somewhere comfortable and consistent to stay rather than bouncing around hotels, sofas, etc. We prefer a room with an en suite, 30 minutes walking or bus from Belfast city centre.
