Easy going person seeks room or flat/ house share

Hello :)

As said in the title - I am currently looking for a room or to share a property with others and I am open to many possibilities.

I am a very calm and relaxed person who likes to be sociable but also enjoys their own company. I am very good with animals so any pets would be most welcome although I do not have any of my own.

I enjoy many activities but my favourite is music production. I always do this through headphones on a PC so no drum kits, electric guitars etc and no need to worry about any unwanted noise!

I consider myself to be a very clean and tidy individual and would ask the same of anyone else I were to live with.

I have two children aged 10 and 14 who don't live with me full time but I wouldn't necessarily need to spend time with them at the property if this were an issue for anybody.
