Introduction

Allow me to introduce myself: I'm Vince, a 44-year-old architect from Taiwan(A country where people care about hygiene as much as the Japanese do. )Despite my age, people often think I look younger, as you can see in my photo. I work near Barbican and take pride in keeping my living space tidy. I have a positive outlook on life and value good manners. In my free time, I enjoy reading, painting, exploring galleries, and going for long walks in nature.

Start date:
My current contract is set to end on 31 May , so ideally I will find the room before that .

Request of Room type :
I will prioritize an en-suite bathroom, but I'm also open to sharing a bathroom with 1-2 people, provided that my roommates are extremely hygienic, disciplined, and committed to keeping shared spaces clean.

Work place :
I currently work near Barbican, and ideally, I'd like to shorten my commute by around 30 minutes. I prefer to reduce staying in crowded carriages during the early morning rush. So, finding a place closer to my workplace within a reasonable budget would be my top choice. *Fingers crossed!*

I am quite particular about hygiene. I am meticulous about the cleanliness of my clothing, ***so a clean and well-maintained washing machine*** is essential for me. I make it a point to shower regularly, it's the best way to refresh myself.

I can't say I enjoy cooking; to me, it's more like an art form or a series of experiments and a play ground for food . If I had the chance to design my house, a spacious kitchen would be a focal point for bringing my family together and exchanging lighthearted banter while cooking together.

Anyway, as an architect, my interests align well with my career. I have a passion for both art and science, blending sense with sensibility.
