Help me find a room to rent

Hi there, my name's Leah and I'm 21 years old (female) - I'm currently studying with the Open University (Philosophy and Psychology Honours) - and have been living with my partner up until now. We've recently separated and it means I now have to find somewhere to live. I don't have any family / friends in Wales (I'm from Norwich) and am looking for somewhere in Swansea so I can make a new life for myself. I also have a health condition that I'm recovering from and as such receive disability allowance. Because of my health condition, I had to study with the Open University and wasn't able to go into a physical university. My income consists of Universal Credit: £1000pm
PIP disability allowance: £450pm
Student Grant Paid 3 monthly: works out at £350pm, until October when my course is switching to full time and this will increase.
Total monthly money available is around £1800.
I am estranged from my family who live in England and have no contact with any of them. My partner's family is the only people I know in Wales. Hopefully his parents will be my guarantor as they would want to support me as I've been part of their family for 3+ years. I know my situation is not common and for this reason I really hope you could make some exceptions for me because I am trying my best to start a new life without much support/connections and would really love to make friends with other university students and live in an area as such.
