Good housemate

Hi there!

I’m looking for accommodation for myself only, although it would be great if I could have a friend over occasionally too.

I am a guy that is respectful of household rules and expectations. I’m cleaning and tidy and generally busy working and then home relaxing watching my projector and doing my own things.

I am also a non smoker but not against housemates that smoke. I’m an animal lover too and willing to help out with pets and household duties where required.
