Looking for a housemate

Hi! I am currently looking for someone to rent a house with me and my 10 year old springer spaniel, Alfie. I am looking to get a house with a garden and parking, to split the rent equally as it’s very expensive to find a nice place to live alone. I would like to find something within a 30 minute driving distance from Bury St Edmunds in any of the surrounding towns. It will most likely be an unfurnished property. My budget for a house not including bills is £600 per month.

I am a very respectful housemate, both me and my dog are clean and tidy. Alfie spends most of his time sleeping in my room so won’t be a bother around the house. I don’t tend to go out a lot as I will be working full time so I am just looking for somewhere quiet and cozy to relax after a day at work.
