Looking for a place near Orpington

I am a teacher looking for a place around the surrounding areas of Orpington. I have a current budget of approximately £700-900 per month. I am quite a busy person, I teach in a Primary School from 7 until 5.30pm most days. I also coach children on the weekends and on occasional weekday evenings. I like my space, but I also don't mind chilling and getting to know my flat mates of an evening/weekend.

I like sports, watching the football, seeing new films and chilling in watching Netflix.

My ideal place would have an en-suite but this is not a deal breaker. Keeping communal areas clean is also very important to me, there's nothing worse than seeing bathroom and kitchen habits.
