Looking for shortstay(2weeks) in Highlands/nearby

Hello,

I am an academic and work at a university down south. I have lived in Scotland for over 5 years finishing up my Master's and PhD recently. I am looking partly for a break from work and the city, which could also be a writing retreat for finishing up my research papers. I am looking for a place close to nature in the Scottish highlands or nearby to rent a room for 1 to 2 weeks over the following period mid June to end of July or August. Happy to talk through tarriff.

I am looking for a relatively quiet space. I don't smoke and don't have pets. I am looking for a single or double bed-room. I would like a space with access to the kitchen where I can cook. I don't drive so a place that is accessible by public transport is preferable.

If you have such a space to let out please let me know. I am also open to buddying up.
