Wanted: Spectacular Double Room Or One Bed Flat

Hello there! I'm Amanda and am looking for a spacious double room in EH6 or EH7 (I would also consider EH5), or a one bedroom flat. I’m looking for a home—not just accommodation or lodgings.

I'm an old professional and very rarely from home. I spend a lot of time out and about, but don't party much these days! I love yoga; plants, fungi, and lichens; food and cooking; eating and drinking out on the town; travelling, especially to countryside/woodlands; knitting; and learning new things.

In terms of sharing a flat, I am easy-going, but also love to have a beautiful and clean space. I'm up for socialising, but very happy to do my own thing too. I'm a big fan of Edinburgh tenements, and would prefer that to a new-build. I love wooden floors and cornices (and really hate carpet!). I guess you could say that I want to live somewhere with a soul. Leith is my Scottish home, and I am keen to stay in the neighbourhood.
