36 year old professional looking for a room

Hi, my name is Alex. I'm 36 and I work full time in the heritage sector. I'm looking for a room in London. My budget is £800 per month, bills included. I am looking for a house which is friendly, but also gives people their own space to wind down after work. My interests include music, films, reading, video-games and speaking French. I would like to live in a house with people who have similar interests and are around the same age if possible, but I'm not too fussed if not.
