30yo looking for friendly flat or buddy up

Hello! I'm Catherine, I'm 30yo. I'm from Edinburgh but haven't lived here in 13 years, so feel like I'm moving to a new city. I'm looking for a room or buddy up, I'm pretty flexible on location and move in dates, though ideally I'd like to live in Leith/the north and move early summer. I love being outdoors, travelling, gardening, cinema and reading, and I'm passionate about yoga. I'm newly qualified as a yoga instructor and I'd be up for practising with flatmates if you'd like. I love, love cooking vegetarian food and would love to cook for my flatmates sometimes. I'd like somewhere friendly but where we also respect each others' space and need to have alone time.
