Room wanted 2 weeks a month

Key points: Zone 1/2, budget £500 staying c.2 weeks per month.

I’ll be working between Edinburgh and London and looking for a room to rent with easy access to the city as I’ll be in the office during my stay.

Ideally I’ll only need to use the room 2 weeks a month though there may be the odd occasional 2.5 week stay. This includes 2 weekends so Mon-Fri won’t work.

I’m easy going and love to be social though also like quiet down time so looking for a friendly, relaxed and relatively quiet house.

I’m looking for around 6 months initially starting mid June but can be flexible on start and duration. If arrangement works then would look to extend beyond the 6months.

Non-negotiable; must be non smoking, non-party house, no dogs and must be clean.
