Searching for a room

Moving down to London for the first time so a complete newbie to the city- and the furthest down south I've ever lived so I'm super excited!
I'm an artist so you'll find me painting a lot but this will move to part time when I’m working :)
Lived in Manchester for a year and my housemate has ended up being one of my bestest friends so would be lovely to build a friendship as well as a chill environment to live in with new housemates.
I'm a very laid back person, happy to be on my own and equally as happy to be socialising. Honestly, more bothered about living with vibey people than I am about living in luxury accom but if it's possible to have both then that would be amazinggg. I have lots of house plants in my current flat, probably too many to fit in a new house (24 ish) so if you're interested in them then I'm happy for you to adopt some (or I'll just give them away before I move)
