Nice, cosy Room required

Hello,

I am looking for a Female only share with max 2 other people. Please note I am in the office 3 days and WFH 2 days of the week.

I am looking for a room to rent in a nice, quiet house.
I am quiet, friendly, independent, clean and respectful. I’m not a party animal and most nights barely make it to 10:30pm.
I am seeking someone similar to live with and hopefully bond with (would be nice to have a chat, watch a movie or go for a walk occasionally but totally respect each others privacy and space….best of both worlds!)
I don’t have a car so needs to be local to train station/shops or easy bus commute. A local gym is important too as I love exercising.
