Looking for a room to use as a writer’s ret...

Looking for a room to use as a writer’s retreat for about 3 months -June, July, August. Dates flexible. Location anywhere within a mile of public transport. Trying to keep down the cost, so probably in the north. I’m a very healthy, semi-retired English man, 2 hours per day in the gym, excellent BP and cholesterol numbers. Good finances, can pay full period in advance. Clean, quiet, responsible, and nice person, though not overly sociable. Plan to just write and walk. Don’t smoke, drink, or do drugs. No car. Must have decent Internet and a kitchen where I can cook meat. Don’t mind pets or kids or smokers and drinkers. Shared bathroom is okay. Can help with some housework or grass cutting if needed.
