Hi there I'm single and was living by myself, with my lovely cat Buttons. Looking for a studio, or 1-bedroom, or someone nice to share a 2-bed with (which may be ideal, given rent prices!). I'm a professional graphic designer.
Buttons has been an indoor cat (busy roads near me) but would consider letting her out if it's a quieter neighbourhood. (I think she likes dogs but not cats) She's super cute.
I have furniture and a living room TV, kitchen wares, dyson, etc etc. I can also get rid of unnecessary furniture. (it's currently all in storage)
I don't mind paying a larger share if the rooms are different sizes.
