My name is Alex, I’m a 28 yr professional looking for a house share, I will be working in Spinningfields , and looking for something either a walking distance or easily commutable, the less people the house share is the better, but I’m open for any options, if it’s a more than 4 people house share I prefer an en-suite room. I am a smoker but can accommodate to a non-smoking household(smoke outside the garden/terrace and cleaning after myself). I currently live in West Yorkshire, so wont prefer to do a in person viewing, online viewing or video call arrangement would be best.
