Visiting family

Hello, I am looking for a short let of a room arriving on 1st July, leaving on 1st August, but depending on circumstances extending that to leave on 1st September.
I live abroad most of the time, but am visiting my brother who lives in Sheffield and tagging on some re-connecting with my hometown and other sightseeing activities. Unfortunately my brother has filled his spare room a few months ago so I need to find a place to stay while visiting them.
I am retired and normally spend my time abroad but most years I return for the summer months.
If you can accept my situation and as I am not yet in the country I would ask that my niece be allowed to view it prior to sealing any agreement.
Please let me know if it's at all possible but if not I understand and good luck with letting your room.
