Moving to London to start my career

Hi!
My name is Mark, and I am currently based in Sunderland. I recently landed a job in London which starts in September and I am looking to move down south in August. To start out I am looking for an ensuite room in a flat where I will share the kitchen and living room space. I am super chill (open to chat, hang out, explore new areas) and respectful (clean all shared spaces when I use them, wash my dishes etc.) and I am looking for someone who can reciprocate that. Just to reiterate I am not available to move in immediately and I can only move in in August.
