Hello, my name is Grace and I'm a 25 year old working professional. I currently have a part time job (and actively looking for better hours/new role), I also claim Universal Credit to help with rent costs, so I will have no issues with housing costs. I get paid on every 21st of the month for rent, so please take into consideration!
I'm trying to find a single or double room (a spaious room really perfered), to rent in Northampton (specifically in NN1or NN5, as I need to be able to walk to the train station, town centre and my work place). Anywhere that is further away from those post codes or locations will be IGNORED, sorry!
I'm looking to move out of my property by 20th January. I can hand in my notice on the 20th December. I would prefer to have deposit prices at £200 or lower, a deposit insurance I can pay yearly, or no deposit option at all.
I prefer quiet, clean and calm environments with no smokers.
