A double bedroom would be ideal, and shared use of common areas such as kitchen, living room and garden would also be wonderful.

I myself am a very happy go lucky person with a positive outlook on life and I'd love to share with someone who enjoys good conversation and having a laugh. That being said I also enjoy my personal space and will happily respect your need for personal space and your own time too!
I consider myself to be conscientious and considerate, and am a very clean person who likes to keep things tidy so I'll always leave things as I find them and clean up after myself. I also love animals too so if you have pets it's no problem!
