Looking for female housemate/place(allowspets)

I am looking for a flat/room or interested in finding a flat mate that would look for a place together. I would prefer a female. I am 31, friendly and reliable person and i work full time, partly from home.
Mainly I work, go to the gym, and go walking with my dog, see friends and family. I am vegetarian :) but I can live with non veggie person.
I am friendly, easy to get along with, laid back but as i work from home, it is essential that the person i live with is respectful and not a complete party animal :) (not saying i don't enjoy an occasional drink with friends)
I have a 9 year old dog who is very friendly and housetrained but unfortunately she is not fond of other dogs so I am looking for someone who does not have a dog.
I am hoping to find someone in a similar situation to myself, someone who is happy to have a good chat and become friends but also respect space :)
