Single professional looking for double room

I'm Katy and I'm 30 years old. I moved to North Wales a year ago and live with family however now looking to find a house share ideally with other professionals or mature students. I work for a charity and drive around for work covering North Wales so I'm flexible on location but being near or easily able to access nature and outdoors is important to me. I also work from home when not driving around for work, I have headphones etc but may be occasions I am having meetings online in my room. Would need a longer term let.
Im pretty laid back - I have discovered a love for the outdoors since moving to Wales from Reading a year ago, enjoy eading, socialising, going out and exploring and I'm an open minded person. Currently trying to quit smoking! But still smoking on occasion at the moment to be transparent.
