Looking for a flat

I'm a 30-year-old professional industrial designer focusing on Branding. I'm a laid-back gamer who enjoys spending time on my PC in my room.

I just graduated from Northumbria Uni (the London Campus) I work from home all days on my own design agency and most of my clients are based in Mexico, so I usually work during the evenings and nights due to the time difference. I hope that won’t be an issue. I’m a gamer and sometimes play late at night, but I’m always mindful of noise and respectful. My current roomate doesn't have any issue with this.

About my furniture, I have a setup with 2 monitors and a gaming chair 🪑.

I'm quiet and I don't drink alcohol very often, don't smoke, and don't go out much at night. Not a party guy and sometimes I can be introverted.

Important:

- I do WFH all the time until very late at night (2 am mostly).

- I'm living in London atm, so I need time to plan and schedule the visit :)
