Spare room? Make some extra cash :)

Hello! I am looking for housing for maximum one year! I will be coming to London on a working visa as an intern in order to finish my studies back in Canada! What you could expect from living with me, is being a very busy person. I am going to be working my unpaid internship as well as working part time for some extra grabs. I really am only looking for a room to come back and sleep in! When we do see each other i am a very open person, very welcoming and warm. As well as I’m fully trained Lifegaurd and knowledgeable in first aid in case anyone gets hurt. I do have two birds, however in the case of no pet accommodations, they would remain in Canada (sorry…).
