Hello,

I liked your ad. I am interested to rent the largest double room.
I work in Great Baddow CM2 as a part-time security officer and teach English (ESOL) as a second language to Bulgarian and Russian migrant workers as a private online Tutor.

I also have small company tax registered in Canada for selling books online.

Because of the long hours I work on internet I need to use a stable broadband in your house.

I am NON-SMOKER.

BEFORE I GO FURTHER LET ME USE THE LIBERTY TO INFORM YOU WHICH ARE THE DEAL- BREAKERS:

- I will not live in a house where The Landlord allows tenants to play loud music.
- I will not be a Lodger. If no Tenancy Agreement signed, then no deal.
- I will not sign a Tenancy Agreement with nobody else but The Landlord or letting agent.

I am Bulgarian and holder of Indefinite leave to remain in UK.
I came to work in London in 2014 from Europe and have never left since.

I am quiet, and have very clean habits. I am not looking for a party place. I look for a long term renting.

I have been renting a double room in Hornchurch RM12 for the last 4 years, but the Landlord wants to repossess the house because his son and wife are coming to live in Hornchurch. I would have lived here at the property Elm Park RM12 next 2-3 years.

If we agree to sign The Tenancy agreement I respectfully will ask you to remove the double bed.
And if it is possible I wish to rent the room unfurnished or semi-unfurnished? Just asking!!!

I have my own bed and like it very much and a BIG chest, and chest of drawers, PC desk, and big office chair. I will need a big WARDROBE if room is unfurnished and some storage place.

And I have my own medium size fridge which I want to place in my room. After the Covid -19 pandemic, I do not want to keep my food in shared fridges. The electricity consumption of the fridge is £5 per year which I will be happy to pay on top of the rent.
